Autumn, the season of transition, is a perfect time for reflection. What is it that we are grateful for? How are we growing now to become our future?
Are there any habits you wish to stop; thought patterns you would like to understand or modify; relationships to attend to?
We are like the leaves on the mighty trees gracing White Memorial’s wildlife sanctuary. Weather conditions cue the deciduous trees to halt their process of photosynthesis and like magic, POP! … the trees reveal their mantle’s true colors: golden, red, orange, brown, purple, maroon. Leaves tumble gracefully within the fingers of the cool autumn breeze eventually recycling themselves within earth’s fertile community.
With heartfelt contemplation, we too will rediscover our true colors when we make the time to ask our questions then listen with an open heart and mind.
Enjoy a special guided meditation designed for this important season in our life, then embark on a quiet woodland reunion where Marlow will provide a simple nature activity to help you on your healing journey.
Bring a mat (or sit on a chair) for meditation. Dress for the weather. Please do not wear fragrances as some attendees have chemical sensitivities. 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Meet in the A. B. Ceder Room.
